Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at the EC COSETICS online shop. The following are the terms and conditions that make up our shipping policy. Please be sure to review this information before placing your order, as by placing an order with EC COSETICS you are agreeing to the terms and conditions below. EC COSETICS is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages after they have left any of our distribution centres. We recommend that you sign up for SMS updates on the status of your shipment from the carrier. EC COSETICS is only responsible for delivery to the address on file during the checkout process. EC COSETICS is not responsible for any orders shipped through a third party company after shipment.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time.
All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days (holidays and unforeseen circumstances may extend the processing time. Please contact our office by phone or email for current processing times). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a large number of orders, shipping may be delayed by a few days. Please allow extra shipping days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.
*Business days are defined as 9am-5pm EST Monday-Friday; excluding holidays.
Shipping time and delivery estimates.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders are shipped via FedEx and/or USPS Standard Ground. Your order will be shipped via one of these two carriers in the best manner possible. Delivery times range from 5 to 8 days, depending on your location.
Delays in delivery may sometimes occur.
Shipping confirmation and order tracking.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. The tracking number will be valid within 24 hours. If you have selected Facebook Messenger or SMS for updates; you will also receive tracking information via these methods.
Tariffs, duties and taxes.
EC COSETICS is not responsible for any duties and taxes that apply to your order. All costs (duties, taxes, etc.) charged during or after shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
EC COSETICS is not responsible for any products that are damaged or lost in transit. If you receive a damaged order, please email liyang@ecnailgel.com联系我们的办公室 immediately. Please keep all packaging materials and damaged goods until a claim has been made.
