Repair Policy - RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) required
You must let an EC COSETICS representative know that you intend to have your equipment repaired. 发送电子邮件至liyang@ecnailgel.com. Note: If your EC COSETICS product is damaged by accident or natural causes, it is not covered by our one year limited warranty. For warranty issues, 请发送电子邮件至liyang@ecnailgel.com. Products under warranty cannot be returned; they will be repaired at the discretion of EC COSETICS.
Do not return any purchases until you have spoken to a support representative, as your return will not be processed and any items sent back to the company will be returned to the sender. You must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number from the support representative and complete the item return form from the support representative.
EC COSETICS offers a 1 year limited warranty for EC COSETICS and VUnit E-File (all other products are not covered by this warranty). This covers equipment failure due to natural causes. EC COSETICS will choose to send you a new unit or repair the damaged unit. The warranty on the dust collector is void if the filter is not changed every fortnight.
Packing and transporting your repairs
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pack and ship your repair and to prevent any damage to the product being returned for repair. Please include your receipt, repair form and most importantly ensure that your RMA number is clearly visible on the outside of the packaging.
EC COSETICS is not responsible for any damage or missing items resulting from the delivery of your repaired product. We strongly recommend that you pack your equipment correctly to prevent damage (or have the shipping company pack it for you.) EC COSETICS is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.
Return without RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation)
EC COSETICS also reserves the right to refuse the return of used products. Used means any product that is unpackaged and not in its original condition. Upon receipt of your return EC COSETICS will inspect the product. Orders may be subject to a 35% restocking fee once we have determined the condition of the product. The original shipping cost will also not be refunded. The cost of repairing the returned item will be deducted from your refund.

EC COSETICS charges a 35% restocking fee. EC COSETICS charges a fee for products returned in used condition in the amount of our cost to repair or refurbish the returned product. This fee will be the exact amount required by EC COSETICS to repair or refurbish the item. All shipping charges will not be refunded. This includes the initial shipping cost and the cost of shipping your repaired item.
